For students in the Department of Media and Communication who wish to graduate in August 2026 (primary major, second major, third major),

please prepare the documents as below and submit them within the deadline.

1. Eligible Applicants : Students who wish to graduate (4th year 1st semester or above), and students who have completed coursework

2. Required Documents : Choose 1 among language test score report, certification, thesis, video project + graduation application form

3. Submission Deadline :

1. Language test score report or certification, graduation application form — submit by 2026.6.19.(Fri)
2. Thesis or video project, graduation application form — submit by 2026.6.19.(Fri)

4. Thesis and Video Submission Process (Required to read)
① Those submitting thesis or video must first submit graduation application and final thesis or produced video
→ Supervising professor assigned based on topic

② Revise thesis or video according to supervising professor’s guidance (if there are revision points, reflect them)
→ Submit online to request evaluation (department office)

③ Only those who pass the evaluation (accepted) will be notified of results via email

④ Final offline submission

5. Final Submission Method

[Language test score report, certification]

• Online submission : submit scanned files (*.pdf, *.jpg) to jmc2018@skku.edu via email
  (Graduation application file name : GraduationApplication_2026_Name_StudentID)
  (Language score file name : LanguageScore_2026_Name_StudentID)

[Thesis]

• Online submission : submit thesis, plagiarism check confirmation, graduation application to jmc2018@skku.edu via email
• Offline submission : after passing evaluation, submit final version by visiting department office or via registered mail
  Printed thesis (spiral binding) + plagiarism check confirmation, 1 copy each

[Video project]

• Offline submission : by 2026.6.19, submit USB + video description (topic, significance, purpose, role, etc. free format) by visiting department office or via registered mail

• Offline final submission : after passing evaluation, submit final version by visiting or via registered mail

【Score by test type】

6. Notes

• Language scores are valid only if obtained within 2 years based on expected graduation date
• English scores obtained overseas must be verified as official scores by the test organization to be 인정됨
• When submitting online, 반드시 attach officially issued score report
• Submission results can be checked in GLS - Graduation Self Diagnosis - Graduation Evaluation
• For international students, even if TOPIK score was already submitted under “Global competency,” it must be resubmitted for Media and Communication graduation evaluation
  *Only scores obtained within 2 years based on expected graduation date are valid
