<광고심리세미나> 대학원 수업에서 중국 Peking University HSBC Business School에서 Dr. Jooyoung Park 교수가 5월 7일에 우리학교에 방문하여 아래와 같이 특강 진행예정입니다. 관심있는 학생들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.
Academic Abstract
Consumers and companies often assume that more choices lead to greater freedom and better outcomes. However, research in consumer behavior shows that an overload of choices can hinder decision-making and diminish consumer welfare.
This presentation provides an overview of choice overload in consumer research and explores how this phenomenon evolves in the context of AI-powered recommendations. It will also inspire directions for future research and discuss managerial implications.
Conversational Abstract
Dr. Jooyoung Park will discuss the existing literature on choice overload in consumer research. She will also present how the issues of choice overload evolve in the emerging context of AI, drawing on her recently published paper. Additionally, she will open a discussion on AI interactions with consumers in various contexts.
